Recycling and old sorc into a Dragonborn

As in the title, I have a really old human sorc (level 21-ish, I think) that is begging to TR into a Dragonborn. I've read all the posts on the savant types, so I don't need super-detailed info on build types just yet, I'm most concerned with which savant type I should end up with in epic content so I can choose the "right" DB breath type. I'm a more casual player in a very small guild, and we basically never raid, so I don't really need the super-uber-crit-monkey with every last % point squeezed out for max damage. I mostly just want a build I can blow stuff up with and not have too much worry with DCs.

I recall Earth being popular mostly due to the DC-less DoTs like Black Dragon Bolt, but for some inexplicable reason I'm drawn to the white dragon (followed by blue). My most recent epic toons were either melee or healers, so I haven't paid much attention to resistance types in epic content - I just want to avoid picking a dragon type then getting back up to level 28-30 and find I can't damage anything.

Electric is often the best choice.

Electric is best because with a twist from magister you can double down on forcing -10 on a monsters evo saves (reflex) from magister and draconic using the electric sla's.

It also helps alot isn't immune to lightning with the exception of say some abashi and a couple other things.

So I wrote this a year ago, never got around to TR-ing him, forgot about the post, came here looking for answers, and was pleasantly surprised to find that not only had I already asked it, but friendly people answered it.

My question NOW, though, is with Ravenloft, is a Blue Dragon Air Aspect Sorc still the best way to go? If yes, I'd probably go Fire as secondary, maybe Force.

I just maxed out my main, so may do this instead.

Electric probably best for most of the game, but fire is probably best in Ravenloft.
