Customer Service for problem with racial reincarnation

2 days ago I put in a ticket for a problem where I had done a racial reincarnation and during the creation part the application ran for a couple of hours trying to create the toon then crashed. Log back in to ddo and the character is still flagged for reincarnation so I open that toon and get the character creation screen. I redo the reincarnation and when I get to the end I get one of two messages. either Unknown! or Pending! and have to exit the creation screen. Thus I cannot play said character.
Have heard nothing yet from customer service on this. Been 2 days. Hopefully a dev will read this and light a fire to get this fixed.
