Character already in game world...

I lesser reincarnated my character.
Game crashed after selecting character from character select screen.
Now when I try to log in it says character is already in the world.
Contacted support via help function.
Waited 14 hours for response.
Response indicated the GM was unable to help with this issue and I was directed to SSG website.
Ticket submitted on SSG website.
16 hours now without any response.
