    Thumbs down Not Getting Any in game Support

    So recently Ive had a sling full of in game issues with quest. Ive taken the time out of my day to submit a ticket, and hope a dm will come and help and see the problem at hand. Both times ive waited for over an hour with no response. Are we not that importantant to this company anymore. Just seems they're taking our money and not doing anything productive for us in return.

    I finally got a response to my in game ticket, it just took 14 hours...
    then I was told that they couldnt help me.

    I hope you have better luck.

    For a start you have to be on at the right time, it's not 24/7. When are they on? No idea. You would expect to be told when you make a ticket but no.

    Then you have to wait for someone to help you, don't log off because then you get a message saying "sorry you weren't logged on".

    SSG, please sort this mess out, how about the CS update next?
