I always paid via paypal and I never had to send anything, where do I find this ticket?

I did not find the ticket after the paypal payment, nor where to include any ticket in the DDO STORE

There is supposed to be a support site to put in tickets, however it did not work for me either through the in-game browser or out of game. The site is not loading properly. Cordovan sent me a PM asking why it didn't work, but ignored my points not being credited to the account. I filed a dispute through PayPal. Note that in order to prevent anyone from reaching them via telephone, the number they have listed is a WB Games number, not SSG. There is no public SSG number. You will not be able to file a ticket by phone, as WB Games has nothing to do with SSG for now, at least until the next time they buy them out.

In case these points I bought will not be credited?
Will I have to open a dispute via paypal?
I sent an email to support (accountsupport@turbine.com) but I had no feedback, better to open the dispute soon.

Since there's no indication of SSG making an attempt to do what's right, I'd suggest it. Don't wait for them. People have been waiting for over a week in some cases, with nothing but closed tickets at best.

Actually WB Games is in some way affiliated with SSG. I know this because I spoke directly to the property management that owns the space they rent @ suite 350 in Massachusetts, and I asked if they had a contact number for Standing Stone Games, the lady had no idea who I was talking about then she said, "oh you must mean WB Games, One second let me connect you with our property director."

Standing Stones Games LLC is connected in some way to Standing Stone Designs. Both of which are located in Massachusetts and have strikingly similar company logos. (see links)

Likewise Standing Stone Games LLC was sent a Non-Final Action from their state examiner on 2/2017
    Trademark Events
    Event Date Event Description
2016-11-24 NEW APPLICATION ENTERED IN TRAM
2016-11-29 NEW APPLICATION OFFICE SUPPLIED DATA ENTERED IN TRAM
2016-11-30 NOTICE OF DESIGN SEARCH CODE E-MAILED
    2017-02-02 ASSIGNED TO EXAMINER
    2017-02-09 NON-FINAL ACTION WRITTEN
    2017-02-09 NON-FINAL ACTION E-MAILED
    2017-02-09 NOTIFICATION OF NON-FINAL ACTION E-MAILED

    What is a non-final action?

NON-FINAL ACTION - MAILED; trademark; us federal trademark; us trademark; trademark refused; office action; non-final office action; trademark office action refusal; preliminary refusal; response to office action
If you received this notice, your application has been initially refused. But, this might not be the end of the road. Many trademarks are initially refused, but can end up moving toward registration with a simple response.
The first thing to note is that a response must be filed within 6 months of the emailing date of the non-final office action send by the USPTO. That date is non-extendible.
Failure to respond by that date will result in an abandonment of the trademark application.

So who knows what is going on with SSG. Unless of course SSG can't trademark their **** because it looks similar to the design company. anwyays

That looks like they tried to swipe another company's trademarked logo and name, not that they have anything to do with them. The non-final means they can appeal the decision, though given how things are, they'll likely be sued eventually if/when the other company finds out. They have 6 months from that date to file an appeal. Though to be honest, I don't see how they are strikingly similar. Colors maybe, but font is different, and one is text on a single line, the other an image with text under it, centered. Likely, SSD filed an objection to the trademark.

From what I remember of trademarks, they won't really have an issue with the SSG name, as long as SSD isn't a game studio. And they're not; they're a web design specializing in webpages with vintage 1997 designs. Seriously, I went to their webpage and had flashbacks of AOL discs clogging the mail box. There will be no confusion between the two companies. That doesn't mean SSD won't sue the heck out of them though.

WB Games owns Turbine, which used to own and manage DDO and LotRO. SSG was spun off with a group of those two games' devs and formed into a new company, with Daybreak as the publisher. WB Games has no control or influence in SSG's actions at all any more. It remains to be seen how much Daybreak has. But when I called, I was told just that; that they no longer have an connection to SSG and that they're very sorry but maybe go to the (broken and useless) SSG website and attempt to reach them there. So a person cannot reach SSG by phone.

Which is the problem with this entire ordeal. They do not have a listed phone number. They close tickets when people can actually put them in. They do not respond to any communication, and their only response is a canned PR attempt. It does not take weeks to review a receipt. Most of the people affected should have had their ViP activated within a couple of days manually, as well as points given to those who bought them. They also should have disabled Pay Pal as a payment option immediately after the first rash of complaints came it. They ignored it for weeks instead, raking in the money. People are sitting around waiting for weeks for what they paid for. The money I spent could have gone to any number of entertainment options. It will be the last time I make a mistake and give SSG any money.

Im still missing 1100 DDO points...600 from a purchase and 500 from my monthly sub. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and I've only received 1200 total. (i was missing 2300) because I paid with paypal. I purchased $200 worth of DDO points last night, ETR'd and now my character is stuck with the "That character is already in the world." Seriously...down $200 that I can't use except on ALTS which i don't play. I have one toon that I play and thats it. I'm not getting another 30 or 40 lives that I have on my main toon because some ****** at SSG doesn't want to reply to a ticket. I've submitted a ticket now for the ETR character and submitted an in-game ticket. Neither of which has been replied to.

    So I understand your frustration.

Purchased 1600 TP via PayPal, already had the $ deducted from my account and have already received the PP receipt but no TP. I shouldn't have to troll the DDO support pages to find out if there are payment issues, especially when they've been apparently going on for weeks. If PayPal isn't working, shut the option down until it's fixed instead of hanging on to our money and not delivering.

To add insult to injury, the in-game support link from the DDO Store only results in a "Oops, the page you're looking for doesn't exist" error and the contact number in my PP receipt is not correct (as others have noted). This is the kind of customer service I expect when ordering fake Ray-Bans off of Facebook, not from DDO.

So far, SSG's response in my case is to ignore me completely. They've ignored my PMs here, as well as the dispute at PayPal. So I've escalated to a claim. It does not take a week to look over receipts.
