Thanks for posting multiple views. I use two screens and playing the two views in sync is a lot of fun to watch.

I'll pretty much try anything to avoid killing trash that respawns.

I don't see anything wrong with that, that's the go to strategy used in several places in the game.

P.S.
Tanking this on a tank built for reaper really looks like a walk in the park survival wise however keeping agro is harder in non reaper since your effective intim agro is up against non scaled down party members dps. I like that and planning on rolling a tank (when time permits).

Ath, have you considered taking improved shield bash in order to generate additional hate/dps while taking away nothing from your survivability (other than two feats)? Was the main concept I used for tanking ELoB back in the day and it worked great.

Ath, have you considered taking improved shield bash in order to generate additional hate/dps while taking away nothing from your survivability (other than two feats)? Was the main concept I used for tanking ELoB back in the day and it worked great.

Some content requires me to block/tumble or run/kite. Tbh I find it hard to trigger my affirmation most of the times just cos I can't afford to hit things. Was considering pl:wiz at some point for that but I dropped the idea. I would never consider Improved Shield Bash for trash, so only for red names. I can see it being useful for some end fights, LoB's annoying movement can be dangerous to the group if the tank losses 10-15 secs every minute to run to the other side to intim. It's a pity R10 LoB and MA are not available at cap. They would have made some interesting approaches, at least from a tank's perspective.

In this specific raid is absolutely required to block/tumble as a tank to absorb the most of the electric dmg and survive. The electric damage is huge when the 20 stacks are build.

What do you mean?

While block you take less damage as a tank if you got the feats & PL or no damage if shield deflection up to 40% chance, or you mean something else is bugged?

Well, it seems while blocking, some of the group members got hit by lightning. No damage, but usually they got at least 5 stacks. Watch the video Sam linked to you. I was one of the very few who didn't have the bug on him, rest of the group was just blocking. And it seems we also carried it with us out of the raid until the instance reset itself (5 mins). Definitely looks like a bug to me.
