In just a brief browse, I see many people with the same issue: "Paid with paypal to upgrade to vip" money was taken out, but vip not activated(for us(this is over a week now) Also paid for points(was charged but no points awarded.)
That is problem 1.
#2 No reply to ticket, or help concerning this issue. (a note on 3 separate issues prior to this that I have created tickets for (X), after hours sometimes days, I get a reply(paraphrasing .. sorry you were not available ticket closed....) Not a good business plan in so many ways.
#3 A phone number to talk to an actual person is needed. All the years, all the issues with DDO, no matter what, being able to talk to a person on the phone has been super helpful and has always resolved every issue so much faster and efficiently.
Customer service in my opinion should not be a "working through kinks or bugs issue", it should be a company philosophy, as of now it seems customer service for standing stones is not even cared about what so ever. This alone will greatly hurt your chance at being successful, likewise great customer service can make up for growing and learning pains in a new transition.
