Default Looking for Quest List for fastest TR/RR (solo/mediocre skills)

I'm looking a list of quests that would get me from 0-20 or even to 30, as quickly as possible to run multiple reincarnations of various types.
I only play solo only, not because I'm that good, but because I'm that bad, (NTM a RL charisma score of 2).
I have mediocre gaming skill, mediocre builds and mediocre gear (usually nicer random lootgen).
I am not looking for a challenge, most player's "too easy" is challenging enough for me.
I am just looking for speed and XP for a rapid TR, RR, etc... A failed quest is a waste of time.
I don't plan to spend a lot on pots from the store, though I have several from daily/weekly dice rolls.
I don't care about favor except inventory & bank slots.
I only care about BBonus as much as it is useful - i.e. restarting a failed quest 3 times to keep BB is counter productive.
    I don't need a lecture, just a list.
I have little luck with searching on this forum, and I don't expect anyone to search for me.
However some players very likely already have such a list or know a link to such a list that can be shared with minimal effort on their part.

    Thank you.

Sorry! I don't want any adventures, thank you. Not Today. Good morning! But please come to tea -any time you like! Why not tomorrow? Good bye!

not a list but a possible approach:

    - try run everything at level with hard bb for first or 2nd life
    - always bank/hold a level
    - run the quests in the order YOU like them most. stuff that is annoying or very hard to you on each level comes last, if you reach xp cap before having to face that, skip it
    - leave extremely long quests for last, leave quests where you need to run back and forth to put your hire on runes or stuff to open quest progress for last, if not needed, skip as well
    - for third life you may want to try elite bb for the quests you can handle

    - give some thought to what lives you want to get and in what order. i.e. if you want pally, the heal amp from PL will help on later lives, and a 2HF pally is pretty easy to level on hard
    - give some thought to gear with regard to that to, so that you minimize time spent looking for gear between lives and reuse some items
    - maybe take pen and paper and keep track of a few good leveling items you find along the way and on which alts you store them
    - try get some useful clickies and items for the *next* life when you have choices on endrewards (mask of comedy good hope clicky, chrono goggles, upgrading a ioun stone for next life etc)
    - no need to dump TP, but be generous with plat. have your stack of curse, disease, poison, csw, blindness, jump, restore, heroism pots, sucks to have to reset cause minor grievances
    - if you're self heals are oke-ish use bard hires to haste you up rather than pure healer hires

now, yeah this isn't what you asked for. thing is, most people speed level by zerging the at level stuff with streak in a group. people who solo can go for speed too, but when they do that will come less from the choice of quests but more from the fact that they know them and how to get through quickly. so in the long run, learning for yourself how to progress steadily isn't something that's a good idea to try to skip. once you get to third life you, you will need not all, but most of the content anyways, if you want to get by rerunning stuff.

    - if you want to spend *some* TP, they are probably for starters better spent on a heroic xp tome then on store consumables and stat tomes.

    - skipping lengthy optionals and go for speedy completions that way is often better xp/min

    - for epics, joining the odd pug for daily xp runs is usually very fast xp, and little social chity chat is asked of you in your average xp run of TTT, spies, wizking, von3
knowing those quests well before jumping in a pug would be good though

    - there are some slayers that are worthwhile to be farmed with a pot for some xp in heroics, namely necro4 and vale. you can find maps with paths drawn in to farming spots on wiki

    - run some cannith challenges. first 5 star completion is good xp. updated challenge items may be worth to grind out for future lives, some are very nice. can get free 5% xp pots there too

    - don't shun UMD. for soloers it can be very handy to have wand and scroll options

Eryhn gave a very good rundown, pretty much duplicates what I would say.

The one addition I would make is there are a couple PL builds out there, 6/6/8 rogue/fighter/whatever or rogue/arti/whatever that let you mostly reuse gear life after life.

Most important piece is have fun with it though.

to add one more, multiclass builds with 2+ rogue get benefit of evasion and trapping xp bonus which is quite nice

also, when I said good leveling items I meant stuff that covers the main stats and defense:
con, cha for umd, other main stats for your build, sheltering, slotting 75% fort at ML4 and 100% at ML8, items that give blur, ghostly, most importantly for speedy runs: get runspeed item as high as possible for level, keep expedious retreat clickies from korthos until ya get to 25% run speed. these are the things that are nice to have consolidated on some few items to be reused next life.

also, speaking of loot, some questpacks like slavers and the just now being dropped u35 have some very powerful heroic items. as does the archon's trial pack. worth looking for ...

speaking of run speed, some enhancement trees offer run speed bonus: defender tier4 10%, rogue acrobat tree based on rogue level, swash tree based on bard level, barbs and rangers can take sprint boost. those help a lot too...
