I want to hear some feedback on what will be the DB's attributes for builds in DDO.
I have to put all the PnP knowledge aside, as I think the race translation to DDO will have it's +'s and -'s.
Thanks, looking forward to the update

In PnP, I played ftr/bard, pure druid. Both were fun to play.
I just wanted to know if anyone playing Lama-land came up with some interesting builds.
Looking at the stat distribution and enhancements my money is on:
1) FavSoul
2) Warlock
3) Sorc
Well ok atm it will probably still be mainly Locks but Dragonborn looks made for FavSouls.
Does anybody play FavSouls ?
I agree that DB looks like it'd be a great match for FavSouls (I wonder if Red Dragon Ancestry Breath would trigger Scourge or Just Reward ?) but I'm just not convinced that FavSouls are worth playing atm.
Maybe after they get their pass ?
Pally for the win. Even though my buddy's 12 druid 6 ranger 2 fighter in wolf form kicks butt I love my pallys

Going for melee-oriented Enlightened Spirit warlock myself.

I have no immediate plans for Dragonborn, but in theory, Dragonborn should be beneficial particularly for casters that have only one useful tree.
For example, Druids. They have one caster tree with some powerful single target SLAs. They could really use some AoE burst damage option. Can draconic breath fill the niche? I hope. The +3 evo DC sounds useful with Earthquake anyway.
Favored Souls and Clerics. They too could use an AoE nuke.
Caster artificers might find it useful as well, either for going full ****** electric, but personally I'd pick a different element for those nasty immune-to-electricity encounters.
Casters like warlocks, bards, and sorcerers, those already have options where to spend their spare AP. But then again, they are charisma based, so they're gonna end up with strongest DC.
So anyway, looks like there are several fun options to try. Personally, I might start with a Dragonborn Druid life.
Sorcerors
Warlocks
Paladins
Sorcerers, Warlocks, Favored Souls, Clerics, and Bards should all see some decent use from Dragonborn. An offense oriented paladin using SWF or THF that doesn't focus on dexterity would probably be my bet for best build to utilize dragonborn; bonuses to strength for damage and charisma for divine might/divine grace/LoH is very solid synergy, although realistically such a build would struggle to take advantage of the dragonbreath abilities (I tried on Lammania, with 700 spellpower I was hitting enemies for 2000-3000 damage at level 30 every 30 seconds, while swinging my big sword was doing 500+ a swing).

Hi ALL,
Just reading these suggestions as I am going to try this new toon how about 16 Fav Soul, 2 Cleric and 2 Sorc ?
Or just start with a pure Fav Soul?
Thanks for your replies.
