Double charged for subscription

Hello.

I have been double charged for my subscription, once on my PayPal account and once on my credit card. The phone number on the transaction 781-407-4020 goes to WB Games who say they can't do anything.

help.standingstonegames.com will not load and times out. I need assistance with this immediately please.

god this is ridicolous - it seems every fking paypal option is broken af . doesnt matter if u wanna buy points or sub with it . just doesnt work . money gets wired out but no product gets delivered .
instead the customer has to take care that he gets the content he payed for .... guess 3 times whats wrong with this picture .

iam giving them till this evening and than iam gonna cancel the paypal payment . not gonna wait until this solves itself magically .
But you can be **** sure that this will be the last time i actually buy points

My sub didn't auto renew so I manually upped my sub then my sub was taking out the very next day meaning that I paid twice

It seems like they are taking the money, but not sending to SSG.

Resolution successful. SSG has refunded my paypal money. Took a while but we got there in the end.
