Temple of elemental evil part 1 loading issues

over the last month whenever i try to do temple of elemental evil part 1 i can enter the quest just fine but when leaving the courtyard to enter the temple i can never load the area where you would craft your items leaving me at a forever load screen. in the past i never saw a problem with this quest and have not found anyone else that has seen this. is there a fix for this or is it just my problem that i will not be able to do this quest again ? anyone have any ideas ?

UPDATE ... while on my forever load screen if i type /logout i go back to the UI and i can click the recall button and exit the quest, afterwards i can continue playing as if i never had a problem
still after update 35 i can't do the quest but have not seen this in a any other part of the game

UPDATE .. had a friend of mine enter the quest and im told i do enter the temple section but when i push the buttons to move he told me i show the animation like im lagging... from my point of view i just see a black screen like im between areas or off the world

Well what. I don't recall anyone else mentioning a similar issue. Have you tried reinstalling? Using a different computer to see if the problem persists?

is there anyone including devs who know how i can download the temple of elemental evil files without downloading the whole game again ? anyone have any idea that i can check the game files maybe ?

This sounds like an issue with not having enough computer memory. What are the specs of your computer? I believe they said this quest requires more system resources than most other quests in the game.
