First time 5000 Favor in one life

It was a long slog, and the last little bit was hard to pull off, but it's finally done. First time getting to 5k on one character in one life. Five more to go, eventually...



Took the Dex tome to ease the stat requirements for future ranged lives. If I do this again, it'll be for the Con tome.

Gratz and yes even with 5.5k now available incl. challenges 5k is still a slog to get for someone with every single pack.

I've been farming favour on an alt account recently and got to 4.1k on Argo and 4k on G-Land {I'm missing Sharn, Fens, RI, RR, Devils Gambit, the 3 madness packs and I think Battlefield too still} - The last couple hundred favour was a real slog and to get that 4.1k required HoX, VoD and Shroud all on Elite {those aren't as commonly run today as they once were and I couldn't dual-box them but had to wait for groups to actually pop up}.


I've said this before and I'm gonna beg the Devs again --- PLEASE drop the 5k tome requirement to 4k Favour {at least until the end of this year and see how it goes, you can always up it back to 5k once the amount of content in-game makes that more viable}.
And a +5 tome isn't OP today, It's not like it's a +8 or even +7, It's only a +5! We need more ways to actually get these +1-+5 tomes in-game, Have the +6s+7s be store only if you like but +5s shouldn't be THIS HARD to get!

TBH I feel 5k favor is a trap. For a person who knows the game and have the packs, it's faster to just do several lives using "run elite once and done" way (maximizing favor on the run) and simply buy a supreme +6 tome when it's on sale with a free earned DP. Running all these old and obsolete raids and challenges, while possibly fun is an exercise in patience. After my first 5k I decided it's just too tedious (we got more quests since that time so maybe now it's not so annoying, no idea).
