Munchkin Summer Games 2017

We are just a few months away from our 2nd Annual Munchkin Summer Games (previously known as the Halfling Summer Games). So there is still time to get your halfling or gnome ready for the games.

We will start the first weekend in June and this year we are doing something a little different. We will still have our Friday night raids but we will also be doing Saturday morning raids for those who can't make Friday. Our raids as always have a sign up period for those who want to reserve a spot early that week. The reserve list goes up on Monday's and stay up until Thursday evening. The day of the raid we always put up the reserved LFM about 30 minutes before the first raid and then open up the rest of the spots at 10 minutes before the first raid. Since we have added so many more raids this year the 2nd and 3rd raid will start within 20 minutes after the raid before hand ends. During this 20 minutes there will be a reserved LFM for those who reserved spots for those raids and then shortly before the raid it will open up to fill any open spots.

Below is our upcoming summer schedule for this year. Fridays will start at 7 pm central time and Saturday will start at 10 am central time. Also note that the schedule is subject to change if we get a new raid in the game and get it ready in time to add to the schedule.

We are looking at it if it comes out in time for us to learn to raid to add it to the list. We had already discussed this when creating the schedule, but since we don't know about the raid yet we can't promise anything until we see it.

What are the estimated level ranges? How many epic toons do I need to have to cover it, or is there a particular level that will be allowed in all runs? Also, do we have to know the content, or can we be new to it?

Each quest listed in the schedule also has listed next to it the minimum level and up that we will take into the quest. Pretty much if you are level 24 and up you qualify for all the raids without question. No you do not have to know the content just have to be able to access the content. Tekikatoku and myself (Saleena-Riedra) make sure we know how to do the raids so if needed we can explain to those who may be new to the raid what we will be doing in the raid.

This is a fun little thing we throw together every year and offer it up to the people of Khyber to join us on their munchkins. We make sure that we know what we are doing so that way everyone can enjoy their time in the games.

According to paper and pen rules which is what we go by Dwarves are medium creatures and so do not qualify for the munchkin games. We only take in races that are considered small by original Dungeon and Dragon rules.
