Crafted Item Loses Enhancments

My character's name is Epicsoul on Orien. I crafted a ML9 great axe with good and stun shards (no augment slots) earlier today. I log on later to find a bare ML9 greataxe. I submitted a ticket, but nothing yet. Anyone received help or was reimbursed lost collectibles?

This topic has kinda fallen out of the limelight with other stuff going on.

Been waiting to hear if any headway has been made on this before submitting a ticket for a replacement ruby augment** I lost when my CC crafted repeater died.
Bug ticket 24027-129094 submitted back when weapon died.




edit**: Yeah, I know we're beat on the essences & collectibles, but hoping they can verify and replace augments that get eaten this way.
