    Default R5+ Cleric Archer

    Looking for feedback for this paralyzing arrow based cleric. This toon will be participating in a static group that runs only R5+, so the biggest focus is being able to paralyze enemies, and to heal other toons. Not too confident, as this is my first character planner, so all feedback is welcome.

    Also, has to be halfling or dwarf, as part of our team flavor build. Would be willing to change build drastically, so long as the basis (above stated) remains the same, a paralyzing cleric. Thanks!

    EDIT: Still took 2 stats to dex for improved precise shot, and then can get combat archery if I get +2 tome (favor). Purpose of build is to primarily heal, but to also be able to paralyze (DPS matters less, as I will be running only with a full party, with at least 2 players focusing on DPS). Paralyze is therefore just for CC. SO to Vish, as this is a weaker replication of his build .
