Can't buy extra bank space from DDO store

Hi,

The ddo store doesn't show any option to purchase more bank space (personal bank) for me. It just says "No items".
I tried both the "Get now" button from the bank UI and closing down ddo store and navigating manually to the bank space section.

(Buying more normal inventory slots worked fine, it shows up in the store as it should.)

How many do you already have? You get one tab to start, you can buy two tabs for plat with favour, and you can buy two tabs for Points. If you already have the two Store-bought tabs, that is all you can get from Store on that character.

Edit: Never mind. I checked on characters that have not purchased extra bank tabs from Store, and they cannot see any, either. Bug it.

Did you already buy them previously?
There are a total of 5 tabs / 100 slots for the personal bank tab

1. Players start with 1 tab.

House K Favor gets you 2 tabs
2. House K favor 75 gets you 1 tab
3. House K Favor 150 gets you 1 tab

DDO store has 2 tabs
4. Character Bank Upgrade 1 (+20 Slots) 595 TP
5. Character Bank Upgrade 2 (+20 Slots) 595 TP

Edit: Never mind. I checked on characters that have not purchased extra bank tabs from Store, and they cannot see any, either. Bug it.

Sorry guys, i should have mentioned that. The characters don't have any previously bought bank space.

No worries. Some of us will test anyway just to be sure. VIP, Premium, and Free accounts were all missing character bank in Store.
