2 vet players need help finding accounts

These players original accounts were created in 2007. They haven't logged on in 3 or so years and don't remember their account info.
They said they tried using the "Turbine" sites and links with no luck, But that was over 2 years since.
Any help is appreciated.

There's a "Forgot your user name?" option in the launcher. If that doesn't work, have them contact Account Support through help.standingstonegames.com.

I think the name change (standing stone) threw them for a loop also.

I have had the same issue with trying to regain my old account after about 3 yrs. Submitted two tickets so far and after 9 days still no response. I did receive account password reset emails, for the temp account I am using not the account I am trying to access.

I am having a similar issue myself: I had lost my account information and I had opened two tickets with turbine with no replies.

This week I have been trying many user/password combinations and finally I accessed my old account. I found two characters but not the main ones.

Following advice from the ddo community in reddit I used the add friends tool in the social window and I think I have found them (I can see their names but not the surnames, nor class nor level)

I have opened a ticket with Standing stone asking them to please confirm if the owner of those characters shares my personal information (or if I can prove in anyway who I am). But not reply in the last 4 days.

I bought all the dlc in steam last year and still not used hoping to get on my old account.

Any advice on how to get a quicker access to support?
