Confirmation on spending astral shards

I accidentally spent 15 AS on a level 2 character for resetting its enhancements.
I simply clicked on the wrong button as the character had not enough platinum and therefore the astral shard options was coloured out and oops, 15 AS gone. There was no request on whether I want to confirm or not the purchase. Basically I just spent $1.50 by an accident which is not a huge amount but I don't think it is good policy to gain revenue on accidents. It leaves a sour aftertaste.

why do you think they put the reroll button right next to the loot button..

Astral Shard popups for rezzing, resets, etc... all nicely located 'for your convenience of course' ...
