Dynamistic Quiver, anyone seen a reaper or mythic bonus?

I've run it a lot and seen bonuses regularly on all the named items except the quiver. I've seen about a dozen quivers on reaper but no bonuses. Has anyone seen one with a mythic or reaper bonus?

Isn't quiver slot prohibited from having prr/mrr (therefore reaper bonus too) except when specifically coded to have such?

Then I could be completely mis-remembering the conversation from a few years ago. Want to say the conversation was brought up during MoD update time frame.

I think I'll stop running this for a while and see if something shows up on a release note. Still seeing bonuses on all the items except the quiver.

Pretty sure lama discussions said no reaper bonus on quivers, but that does leave mythic open to a maybe.

Dynamistic Quiver is giving doubleshot and doublestrike

Both the heroic and the epic version are bugged.
They give doubleshot and doublestrike.
Melee Power is not being granted (normal) and Ranged Power is working fine

We had some information a while back from Cordovan about this which may still be correct. Hope it helps.

Someone posted an heroic Quiver of Poison in guild chat channel that had a reaper bonus, so its probably possible since the loot revision they did with the last update.

Interesting. It seems like it would apply to all quivers then.
