Two non-urgent questions, Onyx Panther and Sneak attack with handwraps

I am not sure if these are known issues, but I didn't find them with search. I noticed today that some of my characters have somehow misplaced their Figurine of Wonderous Power: Onyx Panther. Any ideas on why, where, or how to get them back? You can ignore the question about the Panther. I forgot that I had hiring folders on them, and yes, I found them.
The second issue that I have noted is that my Ninja Spy Monk cannot hit while in sneak mode with handwraps on. If I switch kamas or short swords, he hits everytime, but with handwraps it is like he is not even swinging. Any ideas?

My monk has the same problem. I ended up using Whirlwind Attack to break sneak and attack, as regular attacks wouldn't do it.
I hope the devs fix it, but they've finished the "handwrap" pass so I'd be surprised if they do.

I realize this is 3 months old now, but its still a problem with the handwraps. While sneaking, I can't even break crates/barrels or anything. Is this ever going to be addressed? (can't even use ki strikes/abilities, I haven't tested WW attack yet, but know air/fire/light/water/earth strikes/stunning fist all won't hit or damage)

Heh, Every time someone plays a monk they should bug report not being able to hit from stealth unarmed.
