Issue pulling mats from bank

So lately I have been having an issue where I will try to craft ANYTHING and it says I don't have the mats available. All the mat spots will be a big red X.

Yet when I check my Shared bank for crafting mats I have tons in there. If I pull them out and put in my inventory it works fine.

Why won't it pull mats from my bank now?

A few annoying long term issues that are still there are:

If you have any in your bags ( but not enough for recipe), it won't take the extra from the bank ( will show as X), so you either need to have none in bags, so it will take direct from bank, or have the amount you need in bags.

There is also an issue with updating supplies, ie if you have recently added to bank an item you are now attempting to use it can also throw up an error, even if you originally had enough anyway, relogging should update it and let it work.

There are some select recipes that just won't take an item from bank, you must put the item in your bags to get recipe to work.
