    Default Warforged and Bladeforged gear.

These days when playing Warforged and Bladeforged characters most players are locked into specific items if they want to be healed for any significant amount, which makes it difficult for either race that wants to ignore the living part of their construct nature, and focus on the construct aspects of it.

In the pen and paper version of the game, there are even prestige classes that focus on the construct and living aspects of these two races, further separating their abilities.

This should be even more prevalent amongst the Bladeforged race, than the Warforged race.

There is a lack of repair amplification items in game currently compared to positive healing amplification items, particularly amongst the named items. Surprisingly the repair amplification cloak, does not even drop in a quest with living constructs or constructs in it, which is really odd. While the named gloves with healing amplification drops in a wilderness area, and the dungeons within it, the enemies faced in those areas have living, undead, and living constructs through out it.

Perhaps a change either in the item drop locations or adding to the variety of bonuses on those items could be looked at and either changed or added to the items. As an example, the variety of bonuses I am referring to the possibility of the Iron Mitts from Three Barrel Cove having a repair, healing, and negative healing version instead of just a healing amplification version. The same can be done with the Mysterious Bracers and Cloak, periodically for sale from the Mysterious Merchant in the Hall of Heroes.

Then players are not forced into only gearing for healing amplification as all of the items could be found with all types of healing/repairing amplification bonuses.

Also changing the location of some items or the version of item available, could be looked at. Such as a repair amplification version or Iron Mits would only be available in a quest that has a higher percentage of construct and living construct creatures, while a negative healing amplification version would only be available in an area with a higher percentage of undead and necromancer creatures.

    Default Cannith Crafting May Help?

I'm not sure if you are looking for end-game gear options or just leveling gear, but have you looked at Cannith Crafting for Repair Amp options?

I am doing some Bladeforged sorceror lives and I crafted a ML 18 docent with repair amp (+35 I think) and reconstruct spell power. I wear it to 30, and my reconstruct spells fill my HP bar overflowing everytime.

Just playing with the CC planner, it looks like you can add repair amp to armor, gloves and trinkets.

Going with idea of a replacement for the iron mitts, it looks like at ML 24 you could craft a pair of gloves that have +11 Str, +5 Insightful Str, and +45 repair amp. If you can get a base pair of gloves with a green slot, you could add a +7 resistance augment using relics from epic GH. It is not a perfect match, but it is similar. If the STR is not needed, there are a few other possible options that may be more attractive for the prefix and insightful slot.

For end-gear, the ML 30(34) repair amp is +61, but I'm not sure you would easily fit in a crafted item into one of those slots.

Just a thought. Maybe it helps, maybe not.

True the crafted gear is a small option, especially while leveling. Provided you have a crafter high enough in level to craft the items, or know one (or can afford one) that will make you the items you are looking for.

Not as many end game options, compared to healing amplification which is the point of my suggestion.

Here are the links to compare the various amplification items available to players.

    Healing Amplification: http://m.ddowiki.com/page/Category:H...fication_items

    Repair Amplification: http://m.ddowiki.com/page/Category:R...fication_items

    Negative Healing Amplification: http://m.ddowiki.com/page/Category:N...fication_items

Healing Amplification by far has the most items, while Negative and Repair Amplification items are seriously lacking in their diversity.
