This character is already in the world

I was in the mid of epic a reincarnating my character 'Xlakola' on Thelanis server. After go to the "Reincarnate" button on the log-in/character select page and setting up the character + level 1, the game got stuck on the loading screen for like 20 min and I forced the program close.

Now, when I try to log on to that character, the game gives me the error "This character is already in the world".

I've already sent in a Support ticket

I am having the same problem. Has it been fixed for you. I have gotten no response online or in game.
