Missing morning lord cosmectis after tr.

So i tred into a morning lord cleric/warlock and my cosmetic armor is not in my inventory or in my tr stash. i put in 3 in game tickets as wellas 1 through the website and nothing has happend. I just renewed my VIP and am thinking of calling the bank to get my money back. Please help i really dont want to have to do that. The characters name is Azurestorm on thelanis

have you leveled to 15 yet? in not then thats when you get that stuff...

I'm actually level 16 no and still dont have the cosmetic armor that i am supposed to happen. Support has been completley useless. its always the same cookie cutter response of ask someone else

Have you been a morninglord in a past life?

My understanding is that you don't get them a second time, only once per toon, so you need to keep them from a previous life.

Actually when you do an Iconic character you get a Chest that contains all your bound to Race items. It does not matter if you have already been this Iconic or not.

You mentioned not getting the cosmetic items, did you get the other level 15 gear?

yup. DM got to me this morning. mailed me the cosmetic.
