I cant lesser reincarnate my warlock, a message say "your character could not be created"

Are you trying to choose a different pact than what you had before?

My guess would be you tried to choose one that is not compatible with your alignment.

Fey can be any
Fiend cannot be good
Great Old one cannot be lawful

The problem is you may have to switch to Fey pact during your first Lesser Reincarnation, then change your alignment to be compatible with the pact you actually want. Then Lesser Reincarnate AGAIN so you can switch to that pact.
