Looking for 5+ Skull Reaper Static group to level from 1 to 30

East Coast...could play one night a week after 8 PM or on Saturday or Sunday morning around 7 AM.

Bonus points for groups that pick a theme that is otherwise not as easy to run in Reaper i.e. majority of players undead/healed by negative energy or majority of players warforged/ healed by repair.

I'm interested in running Reaper at or near level in the 5/6 skull range or higher if we can.

I would prefer to start at level 1 but starting at 7 or 15 as Iconics is fine as well

Be prepared to take a VERY long time to level. We have found Reaper +1 takes a little longer than Elite but gives a little more XP so its not too bad. But by Reaper +4 it was taking us a very long time to get dungeons done because we needed to stay grouped the entire time. We never bothered going to Reaper +5.

Also, if everyone goes undead or everyone goes Warforged then that is going to be the same as everyone being a fleshie. The tougher run would be no healers and 1 undead and 1 warforged. But if your goal is to go to 30 then I cant see you sticking with +5.

I'm more interested in the journey than the destination. I already have a few characters at cap but none that have experienced challenging content working as a team across all levels.

I would go with whatever the group wanted, designing a character build that complemented the overall team strategy and fulfilled whatever role was most needed

Reaper is already generally available to my fleshy characters. I feel confident soloing 2 skull with a hireling for most of my characters; opening up the lfm, and then increasing difficulty as other party members join the group. I've been in pugs at 6 skull difficulty on heroic 3bc but that was the exception.

My undead characters are built for self healing. I don't see them generally being viable at higher difficulty settings unless they were supported by other characters who could also heal undead.

One of the things that makes DDO fun is the diversity of build options. For me, it will be more fun to play the type of character (undead, warforged) that I can't otherwise already play on my own in higher difficulty Reaper

I'd be down for that, haven't had to play as a group since... ever. I would personally prefer G-land, as I have vet stat and champ unlocked, but would be willing to start anywhere. Let me know if this progresses anymore, I think it could be a great deal of fun

It sounds like you have already have some traction for getting a team together. Why don't you make the call on the server and time that is best for your team and post it here to see if others can join. G-land (or any other server) is fine for me since I am pay to play and already have access to all races/classes

If the time aligns with my work schedule/time zone consider me in.

Ok so Maxxy and I were talking and we are going to do 8pm on Monday nights on G-land

Do you guys have builds in mind you want to play? I presume we will need to have party roles for this type of play -
1. Tank - Garzan
2. Healer - Maxy
3. Trapper - Claver, Jobus
4. CC - Claver, Maxy
5. Ranged DPS - Maxy, Claver, Jobus
6. DPS - Sinyah

Obviously healer, trapper, and CC will probably be doing more than just that, but we will need at least one person that can do those things.

I have trapped a lot and am happy to build a trapper if no one else is interested. But I'm also open to trying new roles - though we will die a lot at first if we all take on new roles and have to learn them - but then again that's part of the fun of this game, no?

Let me know your thoughts - also if you wanted to do any fun flavor (like all be a certain race or something) but for R5 I think we will be challenged enough without delving in that.

I would very much like a theme. A good team built to support each other should be able to overcome 5 skulls even if choosing unusual builds.

The obvious choice would be an all warforged unit with sorcerer and artificer splashes and clerics/paladins of Onatar

Going an undead route would be very interesting to me

I could be interested in a Divine Disciple or Tainted Scholar mix for a bit of healing and necromatic instakill along with a little ranged

Or maybe a vampiric enchantress (charm works as CC)

If people would prefer to be more conventional an all Gnome or all Dwarf party would be amusing.

I would prefer to play something I have not played before. Some things that might be fun for me to play would include the following:

- Int based Deep Gnome 2 rogue/ 18 illusionist. Although illusions are generally weak the color spray and pk may be useful at low levels. Evasion will be a big plus in Reaper. I would start at level 1 and level up with party as needed through first 15 levels.

- A shintao monk stunner with radiant servant splash could also be of some interest but might prove too squishy

- An enlightened spirit paladin vanguard might also be of interest but again might be too squishy

If we did all warforged I only have bladeforged - but would be fun to play with possible builds along those lines. I'm pretty flexible and love creating builds but I'll discourage an all undead group..I did that with a static group and we were having trouble in EE

Otherwise I'm a fan of munchkins..er I mean gnomes/dwarves/halflings so up to you guys.

- I thought it would be fun to focus on gnome illusion initially and then switch over to enchantment a bit later in my career but it may very well turn out that neither have sufficient DC to be viable in Reaper 5 on a first life with no twink gear...but I'd still like to try and reroll into something else if necessary.

Or, I could play something completely different to fill some other niche...I don't think I would make a very good healer but could play a druid as a secondary healer if needed

will you be in undead form? if so we'll need someone at least to have spells that can heal you - does inflicht wounds heal you as a cleric?

My plan was to spend AP in Archmage, deep gnome racial tree and harper tree will a small splash in EK to eliminate spell failure for light armor and get a +10% to AC
