Reaper mode broken for Devil Assault ?

Tried to do Devil Assault in reaper mode with lvl 17 toon. Quest lvl shows as lvl 18, but i get told that i'm more than 6 lvls above.... Anyone else get the same problem ?

Not so much broken as doesn't work well with devil assault's unique level split. You have to be withing 6 levels of the base (normal) level of the quest. For devil's assault that would be level 6.

This might be one of those "Special" quests. If they base it off the Normal Settings Quest Level it would be 6th

However, this Quest Normal is 6, Hard is 12 and Elite is 18

It is a non-bravery quest (means you don't suffer or get bravery bonus)

However, I believe Epic is more consistent with level.

My guess is this is one where they need to turn off Reaper for Heroic but leave it for Epic - But not sure if they can do that.

But just think how much Reaper like this quest would be for a level 6 to 12 character basically entering a level 18 base Quest .
