I sort of remember from the previous life of my Barbarian that when I got to 150 favor in House Cannith, I got the option of buying 25% crafting success boosters from the House Cannith vendor. However, I can't find any mention of that in the DDO wiki. Did I just dream that, or is it something that was once true and is no longer the case?

Yeah the favor reward (at 50) if 10% boosters.
If you complete the crafting tutorial in the crafting hall one of the rewards is a stack of 25% boosters. You can do this once per character/life.
