    Default Missing Slayer pots

    Hello some time between the festivault and the last update I've lost almost 200 (194) major slayer pots from my shared bank i'm checked all 9 of my toon's for them and I can't find them. I only have one minor I didn't account for in my list of items.

    Thanks for the help if either way if you can or can't get them back

    I was waiting for 4+ hours (i finished watching 2 movies in that time) and got no response from a GM considering I sent in the ticket at 12 PM roughly my time and logged off to get some sleep after updating the ticket to say so a 4 hour wait time on a friday is a bit much. I know it takes a while but when the wait time is over the length of a movie let alone 2 its more time than I can wait considering I only have so long to play. I would prefer if a GM could PM me via mail if its taking this long to respond to a ticket that should only take 10 minutes given the fact that the call center takes less time to get an issue solved. I'm posting this the same day and am about to crash GN HF the IN game CS is getting worse every month pretty soon I won't even bother reporting issues via the ticket system just tell jerry during the stream sense he can respond faster with 100+ people talking during a live stream and still game and talk about what is going on with DDO.

    in game costumer service needs alot of impovments before I will use is to solve quest or other issues in the future after this is solve as its a waste of my time to wait sense I can't quest after I send in a ticket sense I don't know when a GM will reply any more.

    5 years ago I would get a GM in about 30 min which is fine now with the wait time of over 1 hour even as a premium player is bull ****.
