Shiradi and faerie fire?

Currently running a druid caster in shiradi. (It is really more of a wolf melee, but just being a caster for a bit while getting XP in shiradi tree). I am trying to work out if faerie fire is any use re shiradi procs. The spell does zero damage, but is long range and seems to burst out to hit a load of mobs at once. Struggling to tell tho whether those hits will proc shiradi effects. Does anyone know?

I have seen Hypnotism trigger shirdai type procures before, with a one second cooldown trying out Faerie fire should be interesting.
