Players who wanted the scaled up challenge from my perspective were the capped ones, many had TR'/ETR's/ER's some because there was nothing else to do at cap except run the same few quests/raids, many because of the past life benefits..
These same players were building their toons to be endgame optimal in preparation for anticipated harder Legendary content and things like Reaper..
Then we saw what the Dev's have intended for reaper.. not what we were expecting...
at level reaper with lockouts over 2 levels.... completely missing the mark for capped players.
