The DDO game worlds will be brought down for a patch on Wednesday, January 25th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT). This downtime will release Update 33 Patch 3, which includes various text and log changes related to the Standing Stone Games transition. We apologize for the late notice.

So I tried logging in and it gave me an internal error. I am assuming the system being down is why I am getting the error. Here's to hoping and tonight I can play the game after work.

is this why the launcher says internal error please contact support?
It says this right when i start the launcher..
as this error is cause for concern without knowing what it means.
I would like to request/suggest that a more accurate error message is given..
IE servers are down, or cannot connect to ddo servers.
or something that keeps the confusion away please.

you do realize there is a huge difference between what should happen and what does happen on the ddo servers right? . you know like 3 attempts at loading a rev to lamannia yesterday.

window keeps hanging at 20 attempts and then am kickd w/Message: Failed to connect to Server, I've retried 10 times from yesterday to today....if the only recourse is to UN-install & RE-install I will just UN-install and not worry about Testing again , sorry , just not going to keep doing that each time Test Server comes up which yes isnt often but I do wanna Test just not when having to always un-install and then re-install just to Test
