Character transfer duration

I just bought a character transfer from one server to another server. It said I would receive an email when it's complete. How long does it usually take to finish the transfer and send me an email?

The automated transfer typically takes less than an hour. If you didn't receive an email it may be worth checking your spam folder.

It finished transferring and I quickly discovered that the TR cache was missing. Oh well.

TR cache's aren't transfered. Never have been doubt they ever will be.

• Shared Account Bank and Crafting Storage items
