    Power and Challenge are OPPOSITES!

    It's very easy to Challenge someone with no Power!
    It's very hard to Challenge say Cassius Clay {Not sure it would be allowed to type his other name} or Roger Federer in their Pomp!

    I see lfm go up for lshroud normal
    Lolz, no takers
    I see lfm go up for hard slavers

    No risk, no reward
    Not even worth the time

    But seriously,
    I run with casuals occasionally
    It's really just a matter of comfort zone
    People that are afraid of challenge
    They can run higher
    But are scared
    Untested
    They can, they just think they can't

    And you'd get a serious amount of power if you kick Ali's ass,
    Or federer
    But don't be scared or you'll never make it...

    This is another point - Most players aren't interested in EITHER Challenge or Power for the sake of those things.

    Most Players are simply interested in Risk vs Reward! {Whether they are OP or UP for that specific quest/difficulty if the Reward isn't there they won't do it!}.
    This is the biggest problem around Reaper! And why Reaper should have been designed specifically for the small minority of Players who actually want the Challenge {Permadeathers being the obvious example of players who play for the Challenge and don't care about the Rewards!}.

    The issue I have is the unbalancing of 100s of quests that the introduction of champions produced.
    The previous devs created 100s of quests with extensive playtesting and tweaking to determine an appropriate CR for a quest. This current dev team introduced champions into those balanced quests to make the game harder (to compensate for the power avalanche (can hardly be called power creep anymore) and in so doing, broke the balance that was previously established. After earning all the past lives and good gear, those quests should be easier to do. I've earned it. For greater challenge then run reaper. Its challenge is above the quests intended design and is an unknown CR. This is where champions belong.
