Lesser Reincarnation Confusion & Stats

I'm utterly confused.

Revisiting some old characters I've made. This particular fighter seems to have a 21 base STR according to the character sheet ingame... Half Orc... The Planner Lite wont let me make STR passed 20?! How on earth?

So, moving along... I went to Lesser Reincarnate the character with a +0 thingy... the reincarnation guy said thank you... and kicked me lose... but I didn't get to reset anything? What am I missing here?

Is the character higher than level 4? You get a single point to spend on any of your attributes at levels 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20.

Assuming you did everything else in the reincarnation menu correctly, the actual reincarnate button shows up on the character select screen.
You have to log out of the character to see it.

**It is recommended to entirely restart the client before epic and heroic reincarnations, to help prevent many of the buggy shenanigans they are prone to.
I don't know if this advice applies to the lesser reincarnations, but it certainly wont hurt anything if you do.
