I haven't had this happen, but have seen many threads about it. I always restart the client before clicking the "reincarnate" button.

Have you tried restarting the client, and see if you get the xp then?

Otherwise you may have to wait until someone helps you, maybe PN Cordovan or CS_Alkaid

i restarted my client a few times. but still nothing happens. and no GM responses yet. thanks will surely do send them a pm.

i have been waiting but still no response. What would happen if i would get an emergency call and log off? would they still work on it or would i need to send anothe r ticket and wait?

I am not sure in game support can do it, this usually is a more detailed customer support issue, which is why I suggested sending a PM (in the forums) to CS_Alkaid and Cordovan.

I would log off, close the client and restart as well. The ticket will stay open which you leave, but you must be there for in-game support or they will auto-close the ticket.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. But...will it let you leave the Bridge Between?

If there was a way to reliably recreate this problem, some of us might do it deliberately. Re-level through lower content, without having to give up on all the character progress the way a TR does.
