    Default Not sure how to get help

    I've submitted tickets, both in game and via email as directed. Had the "already in world" bug visit me. No response to tickets. The server reboot today got him unstuck, but now all my epic destiny xp is gone and lost my greater epic xp tome. Another batch of tickets. I've been logged in and at my keyboard since servers came up, (within 5 min) and no response. Where do I go from here?

    I've recently encountered a similar problem in that I didn't lose my tome only my epic destiny xp and I have had no response so far. Any advice that people can give would be appreciated.

    Edit: After talking to some people in game, it appears that I have not submitted an in-game ticket because I do not have the ability to do so on my "help" screen, even though I am a VIP. I have submitted a new ticket about this new problem and we'll see where this gets me.
