No skates in the store?

As the title sais, I could not buy permanent skates from the store. Tried epic character, heroic character. Tried both opening the store and using the link the ice skate vendor offers.

Good. It's always tough to find the Size 15's that I need. Usually have to order something in a smaller range of the Half-orc sizes, but they're just too wide.
