Build request: Druid with riftmaker?

My next past life is Druid and PDK, i have just gears of THF.
i know that TWF(wolf) work with SWF... but if i use a weapow of two hand(riftmaker) when turn for wolf will work with a TWF?

i need of a bluid Druid but i dont know if use SWF or THF.

note: i have just THF weapowns: Esos, GS great sword, legend GS great sword, epic riftmaker.
note: tome +4(all status) and +5 STR

missing just druid and warlock for finish my completionist.

PDK druid 9 / ftr 8 / barb 3: usual melee feats (THF x3, PA/CL/GC, WF/WS:Slash, IC/OC). 33 Kensei, 13 FB (Supreme Cleave), 21 SD (Tenacious+Swift Defense), 13 NW (Fatal Harrier), 1 PDK (Dmg Boost). Run in LD and Riftmaker becomes 18/x5 19-20/x8. +20% runspeed from barb+Swift Defense, +25% atk speed from Fatal Harrier when fully stacked. Aggro mobs, spam your cleaves, focus on bosses while Fatal Harrier stacks last.

nice! do u have feats list for it? i need 3x feats twf?
status ? may u help me XD i amnot know druid hehehe
the dps is best that 10 druid 6 ranger 4 fighter?

Sorry, I'm not talking about a wolf build, I'm describing a typical THF (humanoid) melee build which gets druid PL. There's no point in using Riftmaker for a wolf build - not if your goal is max DPS via SWF+TWF synergies / bugs - that's something completely different.
