Default Need help with Rogue AA epic build

So. I have never done epics before and am wondering if there is anything I can do to make this build half decent. The idea is to get off sneak attacks while mutishoting slayer arrows. I stacked Spell power as much as possible focusing on force arrows. I dont really understand yet how epic destiny feats work so all help would be appreciated.

I took a stab at this build concept over here. Although if I was gonna do it for real (i.e., majority-rogue AA), I think I would use a 13/6/1 split like this build. It costs 55 APs to take the racial AA capstone (14 to unlock the PrE + 41 for cap), so there's not enough APs left for a lvl 18 rogue core Enhancement. Which means you don't get as much mileage out of staying pure rogue and would be better off MCing, IMO. Unless you wanted Mechanic capstone like that build initially took, of course.

    As to your specific build:
    • If you're pure rogue, then the only option for DEX to dmg with longbows is Elven Grace, which you didn't take. [If you have rgr 2 splash, you can take DWS Imp Weap Finesse instead; if making a monkcher, Adv Ninja Training would apply to bows.]
    • You don't need the Magical Training feat; just take Energy of the Wild from AA if you need SPs. This would let you move up Prec Shot to lvl 6, IC:Ranged to lvl 12, IPS to lvl 15, and take Precision at lvl 18.
    • I would definitely drop Wellspring of Power for Improved Sneak Attack (+3d6 SA) and move it up sooner.
    • You didn't take the higher-level elf AA cores; in particular, you will definitely want the last two for +25% Doubleshot and +1 crit multiplier (if/when they bugfix it).
    • On a pure rogue, Acrobat Fast Movement is +20% runspeed for 3 APs. Trust me: you will definitely want that, especially when you need to kite.
    • You should consider investing some APs into Mechanic for the point-blank-shot (PBS) range increase, which stacks with the elf cores. Maybe 41 AA / 20 elf / 7 Harper / 6 Mechanic / 3 Acro / 3 Assassin (+1d6)? Hmm...

The main reason I took Magical training is to regenerate the last 12sp, making it much easier to just spam the AA abilitys without running out. I threw some more points in Elf for the PBS increase. Other than that, how does this look with Capstone and fast movement worked in.

You should read the AA tree a little more closely: "Energy of the Wild: +30/+60/+100 maximum spell points. Rank 3: You gain the Magical Training feat." There's no sense is squandering a feat slot on something that only costs 3 APs to acquire; especially when you need a lot to fill out the tree anyway.

You also don't need the extra ranks of Arcanum. Remember that you will proc plenty of temp SPs from Soul Magic + Moonbow.

**** I totally did not realize I could take AA without taking all of Arcanim first. Any suggestions on what to do with that last feat slot?
