Renaming a Guild

So I've been in charge of my current guild for the past few years after our last leader had to leave the game. I thought now we would be a good time to go about renaming our guild. However, all of the current support pages are still under the Turbine moniker and as such I don't know if these processes are still in place. Could I get some insight on the prerequisites and the process for renaming my guild? Thank you.

1) You must be the Guild Leader.

2) Go to the DDO Store and look for Guild Rename.

There isn't an item in the store for renaming a guild.

How do I purchase a Guild Rename?
To request a Guild Rename:
Log into the game on your guild leader character
Press Esc
Click Help
Click 'New Ticket'
Select 'Premium Services' and 'Guild Rename'

I logged on with my Guild Leader Character and these steps are still present. As for seeing Turbine in the name on these pages this is common during a transition period.

So will I need to purchase Turbine/DDOStore points in order to rename a guild?
