Looks like in our adjustment of the negative energy healing being scaled to reaper level, we bumped the positive energy adjustment right out!
The question is: Why not?
Reaper is supposed to be hard and reward teamworking. Healing your teammate is more teammork than not healing your teammate.
If people were not beating high-level high-skull content with self-healing working, then they won't even more without self-healing. This is what we asked for, a really difficult and challenging content and self-healing nerf helps in that direction. Stop asking for nerfs already.
In fact, if you had read the whole reply, I typed out the reasons why self-healing shouldn't be nerfed.
You want Reaper made easier for you. I don't. Your reason is "just because I don't like to not self-heal". My reasons is that no self-healing promotes more teamwork. More teamwork, means the quests are harder. Quests are harder, people will have actually goals to achieve.
I wonder how healing amp will be affected ...
For example ...
You self heal for X ... then apply healing amp Y to give Z healing.
Reaper will nerf X ... but does it nerf Y also? or does the nerf just kick in with Z instead of X and Y?
I love this phrase because it immediately invalidates everything everybody else does. You're not able to work as a team unless one guy does all the healing. Let's tell 5 people in the party they're no longer allowed to do a thing so that we can justify bringing one guy who does only that thing.

I love when someone makes a hyperbole to try and prove a point. There is not "one guy" who does all the healing. It's everyone, with scrolls, Cocoon, Renewal. You are not telling anyone to not do a thing. You are telling them to watch out their teammates instead of just soloing and watching their own HP.
Yeah, and if one guy doesn't have rejuv/renew he's not adding any value to the team then? I mean come on. Teamwork isn't done only through healing. The only guy who isn't being part of the team is somebody who is piking at the zone in. You don't even necessarily need to be in the same area of the dungeon to be working together as a team.
Doing wiz king with the party splitting up into 3 groups? That's teamwork.
One guy killing respawning mobs in the puzzle area of VoN5 while the rest continues the quest? Teamwork!
Six guys beating on a boss while healing themselves? Still teamwork!
I mean as it stands if you have a heal up and someone is getting hit chances are you heal them anyways. I've never been low health in a party and had someone say "SORRY BRO SAVING THIS REJUV FOR MYSELF!"
Make whatever other arguments you want. Reducing self healing does not lead to 'more' teamwork.
