    Is this WAI? Am receiving full healing on skull 10.

    certainly a bug alright!

    Looks like in our adjustment of the negative energy healing being scaled to reaper level, we bumped the positive energy adjustment right out!

    The self-healing nerf is NOT NEEDED for people to be encouraged to group. The content is that difficult even without that debuff.

    It's not like we have a zillion divines looking for work.
