    Default WB Games Customer Support: #24001-793074

    I was hoping to take advantage of the sale on storage upgrades, but when my first upgrade deducted DDO points without upgrading the storage, I submitted a request for help. That was five days ago. I've had no reply, and storage hasn't increased.

    I'm wondering if there's a disconnect between WB, Turbine, Standing Stone Games, and/or another entity? Or do these issues really take this long to resolve?

    Is there a phone number I'm supposed to call? An email address I'm supposed to contact? A different forum I'm supposed to post in? Some other way I should ask for help?
