My question is does the CC Bludgeoning effect make ammo for a bow/xbow Bludgeon for purpose of DR? Thanks for any help/info.

It just adds extra bludgeoning damage, it does not change the base damage type. (At least for melee weapons and I can't see why it would work different for ranged.)
