Issue with purchase of multiple +20s

I purchased two +20 hearts this weekend. I received both 20s, but only received one +5. Would like to get this remedied.


Neither the support forum link nor support portal link are currently working. Would appreciate an SSG response.

Sorry to be a pain, but does anyone know who I should contact. The support links for the DDO store are not working. I'm receiving 404 errors. I'm assuming it's due to the recent SSG ownership change.

It looks like contacting Coco or putting in a ticket might help.

Thanks. I tried account support and PMs to Coco and CS-Alk but no joy. Will try in game. For some reason I didn't think they did store support.
