    Default Two accounts, ordered VIP, it went to wrong account

    Good afternoon,

    I have more than one account, and I bought VIP after a long break away from the game so I could play all of the new content. However, the VIP went to the wrong account due to my own error. Sadly, this other account has no characters at the moment (used for family to get them hooked on game, creating temporary characters or whatever), so all of my personal characters and work was done on the account without VIP. I submitted a ticket on the support website. Is there a way to get this fixed? The VIP time is counting down and I'm unable to use it.
