Shroud Form with no Wiz?? What?

So I am observing this build. Fighter 12 / Barbarian 6 / Favored Soul 2. It appears to be shrouded, but it has Blitz so it must be dreadnaught. Where is that effect coming from. I am guessing some item, but which one. If not from an item, what is it and where does it come from?

Looks like Heavy Shadowscale armor to me, given the 30/Epic DR.

That is probably it. I assume that armor makes you look shrouded. I haven't gotten any yet, been sorting the last of my collection out, but soon!
