My account was downgraded from Premium to Free, locking 2 of my characters. This happened about a week ago, and I've submitted at ticket, e-mail, posted in the account forum, but I still have the problem. I have purchased things in the past, and I bought the MotUD expansion after it happened just to make sure I am premium. I am a potentially returning player, but this is making me re-think that decision. Please fix my account.
