    Default Account downgraded

    My account was downgraded from Premium to Free, locking 2 of my characters. This happened about a week ago, and I've submitted at ticket, e-mail, posted in the account forum, but I still have the problem. I have purchased things in the past, and I bought the MotUD expansion after it happened just to make sure I am premium. I am a potentially returning player, but this is making me re-think that decision. Please fix my account.

    Angry still a problem

    It is now over a week since this problem came up. I have e-mailed daily and have had no response. This is still a problem. PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT! What can I do to get attention to my problem?

    I had the same problem and it was resolved in about a day. I submitted a ticket through the in game help system. Hopefully you get it sorted, it's pretty frustrating especially after making a purchase.

    Thanks for the info, your post gives me hope and sadness. Hope that they can fix it, sadness because i submitted my ticket in game 1.5 weeks ago, and have followed up on it every day since. tomorrow I'm going to submit a new ticket maybe the old one has just been lost.

    That's way too long, I was loosing my mind after 1 day. I'd definitely make another bug report, maybe try from the website instead of in game. One thing though, it was fixed for me after a day but I didn't receive any email notice on the ticket until it was closed 3 or 4 days later.

    Ok 2 more tickets submitted, because I wasn't sure what category to put it in. I've checked every day and the problem persists. I was hoping to come back after a long hiatus, but if this keeps up much longer I doubt I will.
