Sale Item - 75% Off Greater Tome of Heroic Learning - Unable to Purchase

I'm trying to grab the 75% off Greater Tome of Heroic Learning on my last character that doesn't have one. This character has the Lesser version of this already, which might be the problem. The Greater isn't showing up in the store, and the Lesser-to-Greater tome upgrade isn't marked at the 75% off.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'd love to grab this on sale!

You have to buy it with another character which does not use Lesser Tome. Hope it is BtA and pass it to character where you want use it.

Give a 75% discount on Greater Tome and no discount on Tome of Heroic Learning Upgrade - Lesser to Greater is "spit to face" from developers to every player who purchased Lesser Tome or Legendary Upgrade of Shadowfell.
